Make a fresh start every day!
This season is all about the smooth flow of energy and the ease of getting in and out of the pose. Find your foundations and grow out of them with strength. Focus on HOW you move, flow to find resistance and breath into it, remember these poses are about getting into your body and exploring space to grow.
Repetition is a great way to go deeper and find more ease. This flow moves from side to side guiding you into a deep stretch of the liver and gall bladder meridians. Keep your feet active and draw energy up the legs to make room to grow through your spine.
My home practice is often disjointed, interrupted and rarely an hour! I'm learning to keep it short and sweet and make sure the flow is potent enough to get what I need.

People often say "you're so calm". I'm not calm, I'm an anxious, crazy, normal person. Thanking yoga for the chance to not be ragin' all of the time, just some of the time.
