During pregnancy it is important to take time for yourselves to prepare the mind and emotions for labour and motherhood. My 1 to 1 pregnancy yoga classes offer a welcoming, relaxed and nurturing environment to nourish and support you on your journey to becoming a mother.
I will guide you through postures suitable for pregnancy with breath and movement to connect you to your growing baby and stay in tune with the changes going on in your body.
Yoga can help alleviate some of the discomforts experienced in pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, swelling, back pain and sciatica as well as improve circulation, aid digestion and exercise the spine. It is also a great opportunity to meet other pregnant women to relate to as your baby grows, on your journey of transition to motherhood.
Breathe, move, build energy and stamina to strengthen but also time to nurture and nourish your baby and you during this precious time.

Mum and Baby Yoga
1 to 1 Mum and Baby Yoga is a chance to spend valuable time with your little one, incorporating baby yoga and massage which promotes movement and touch to alleviate discomfort and promote more 'settled' behaviour.
A sanctuary for new mothers to take time for themselves, to revitalise and strengthen their body and mind as well as enjoy space for a community of women experiencing this new chapter together.
