YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra is a journey into the cosmic space between 'waking' and 'sleep'. A guided meditation that leads your awareness into different states of consciousness. The Yogis use Nidra as a way to awaken to our true nature state: one of peace and harmony, despite all of the ups and downs of life. Many of us take our stress into our sleep and this means we do not always rest as deeply as we need. Yoga Nidra can help if you struggle to get to sleep, if you awaken feeling a lack of energy or readiness for the day, or at any time you feel tired. The combination of awareness in a sleep state, is very potent for healing and rejuvenation and we can discover very subtle energy layers in this presence of our bodies. What begins as a disco nap, can open up a much deeper relationship with your physical body, its subtle energy and its unique language within you. Let your body freely express in these short practices. And see where it takes you. Lie down in a comfortable space, and let the meditation guide you.
